Day 1: Arrival and Warm Welcome to Nepal

Your journey to Nepal commences with an unforgettable arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. As you disembark from your flight, the anticipation of new experiences fills the air. Amid the bustling terminal, you'll spot the familiar faces of our dedicated staff, Bishal and Ishwor, extending a heartfelt Nepali 'Namaste' and a warm smile. Their welcoming presence instantly sets the tone for the adventure ahead.

Following your airport welcome, you'll be whisked away to your homestay located in the vibrant Pepsicola area of Kathmandu. Here, your host family eagerly awaits your arrival, ready to envelop you in the embrace of Nepali culture and hospitality. After settling into your accommodations and taking a moment to refresh, you'll embark on a delightful culinary journey. Lunch at a nearby restaurant introduces your taste buds to the flavors of Nepal, with tantalizing dishes like momo and chowmein.

With your energy replenished, the day unfolds with a guided tour around the Pepsicola neighborhood. Accompanied by your tour guide, you'll meander through lively markets, bustling streets, and charming alleyways. Along the way, you'll gain invaluable insights into local customs and traditions, deepening your connection to the rich tapestry of Nepali life. As the sun begins to set on your first day in Nepal, you'll return to your homestay, filled with anticipation for the incredible adventures and cultural discoveries that await you in the days ahead.

Day 2: Nepali lessons and local amenities and sightseeing

After a leisurely start and breakfast, so you can recover properly from your journey, you will start your Nepali language course at the Volunteer Society Nepal office. After meeting the entire Real Journey team you will have lessons from around 10.30 to 12.30 with our highly experienced language teachers. This will also give you a chance to meet any other volunteers joining at the same time. In the afternoon, one of our staff will take you round the local area of Pepsi-Cola where the office and homestays are for the induction period. You will also be told where to keep your valuables and general information about life in Nepal. In the end of afternoon, you will be driven with our guide to see some of Kathmandu’s famous UNESCO world heritage sites. One of our guide, Ishwor, has over 10 years experience taking foreigners round the ancient city and can answer any questions you have on ancient and contemporary Nepal. During your introduction, you can visit the famous Buddhist Boudanath and the Hindu temple complex of Pashupatinath.

Day 3: Language Class, Warm Welcome, and the Monkey Temple

On the morning of your third day in Nepal, you'll embark on a cultural and educational journey. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, you'll participate in a Nepali language class, gaining insights into the local tongue and fostering deeper connections with the community. Following this enriching experience, the afternoon is dedicated to the Career Building International Academy(CBIA) School, where a warm welcome program awaits. Here, you'll be embraced by the school's spirited atmosphere, engaging with enthusiastic students and immersing yourself in traditional Nepali performances. As the day unfolds, you'll venture to the iconic Swayambhunath Temple, affectionately known as the Monkey Temple. This UNESCO World Heritage Site perches atop a hill, offering awe-inspiring views of Kathmandu Valley. Amidst curious monkeys and the tranquil ambiance, you'll explore this sacred Buddhist stupa, absorbing its spiritual significance and taking in the vibrant cultural tapestry of Nepal.

Day 4: Nepali Language Class and Interactive Workshop

Your fourth day in Nepal promises to be a blend of language learning and creative engagement with the students at CBIA School:

Morning Nepali Language Class (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM):
- As the morning sun graces the Nepali landscape, you'll begin your day with another engaging Nepali language class, further enhancing your ability to communicate and connect with the local community.

Interactive Workshop at CBIA School (Afternoon):
- In the afternoon, you'll return to the welcoming environment of CBIA School for an interactive workshop with the students.
- The workshop is an opportunity for you to share your knowledge, skills, and creativity with the students. Whether you choose to teach a subject close to your heart, lead a dance session, or inspire them through art and craft, the possibilities are endless.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in your Nepal adventure as you head to the picturesque region of Chitwan:

Travel to Chitwan:
- After an early morning departure from your current location, you'll embark on a scenic journey to Chitwan, a region renowned for its rich biodiversity and lush landscapes.
- As you travel, take in the changing scenery, from the mountains and valleys to the subtropical forests that characterize this part of Nepal.

Arrival in Chitwan (Afternoon):
- Upon your arrival in Chitwan in the afternoon, you'll check into your accommodation.
- Take some time to rest, freshen up, and recharge after your journey.

Local Village Walk:
- In the late afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to explore the nearby local village.

Scenic Drive to Kathmandu:

Return to Kathmandu:
